U K International Consumer Centre

If you have a complaint against a travel company in another country you might want to contact the UKICC in the UK who will then take up your complaint via a  partner organisation in the country where your travel company is based. The UKICC is part of a network of consumer centres throughout the EU, Iceland, Norway and even Mongolia!. They have no enforcement powers but they claim that their advice leads to a resolution in the majority of cases they handle.
